MEP/FP engineering for the Averett University Student Center focused on creating a flexible, student-centered hub that supports dining, collaboration, and campus life functions within a modernized facility at Averett University. The design integrates mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to serve a wide range of occupancy types, from food service and large gathering areas to offices, meeting rooms, and informal study spaces, with a focus on ventilation, indoor comfort, and system flexibility.
