Project Goals
The Mountain Inn was originally constructed in 1980 to host conferences and meetings and grow to become a year-round vacation destination. Since then, the resort has added many features and amenities including a spa, golf course, tennis courts, additional dining, and condos. The resort’s subsequent growth required a renovation of the Mountain Inn and conference center.
Services
2RW provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) engineering services for the interior and exterior renovation of the Mountain Inn. Inside, new HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems were designed for the lobby and shops. 2RW also designed exterior site lighting to showcase the newly renovated inn and terraces.
