MEP/FP engineering for this athletic facility expansion supports new courts, team rooms, study spaces, locker rooms, a weight room, and offices. The design includes a variable air volume HVAC system connected to the central plant, a DDC controls system integrated with the facility management system, programmable LED lighting with occupancy sensors, and water-conserving plumbing fixtures.
The project added five new singles courts, bringing the total number of courts to 14 singles and two doubles. The multi-functional expansion also features team rooms, study spaces, locker rooms, weight room, and offices.
