Project Goals
2RW assisted Chesterfield County Virginia in developing their Energy Conservation Strategy and carrying out reporting protocol necessary for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program. The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant required specific reporting procedures in order for Chesterfield County to receive American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding.
Services
2RW provided the following technical consultant services to support Chesterfield County in developing and submitting their EECBG application package:
- Reviewed and assessed the grant application Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) document (DE-FOA-0000013) and applicable forms and attachments for Chesterfield County
- Developed and/or reviewed the EECBG application and submission information, forms, and documents outlined in Part IV of the FOA in Downtown Charlottesville, Virginia.
