Project Goals
This performing and visual arts center in downtown Charlottesville, Virginia is home to Live Arts, Second Street Gallery and Lighthouse. The innovative building is four-stories and 27,140 SF. It contains an art gallery and film production studio on the street level, two theater spaces with dressing rooms, rehearsal space and scene shop.

2RW designed the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems for the center.
