2RW provided MEP/FP engineering for this two-story, 12,000 SF building situated between Pinn Hall and the Primary Care Center. The University chose a modular solution for this structure with estimated usage of 10 to 15 years, but the product is of such high quality it will likely remain as a permanent structure.
