MEP engineering for the phased renovation and expansion supports increased school capacity, modernization of the building, and incorporation of high-efficiency systems across K–3 learning areas, classrooms, a library, administrative and clinic spaces, and outdoor learning environments. The project includes two additions with new learning spaces, a secure entry vestibule, and relocated administrative and clinic areas, along with upgrades to existing spaces and a central courtyard. The design incorporates a VRF hybrid HVAC system with DOAS and energy recovery, high-efficiency boilers, individual space controls, low-flow plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, and updated voice and data systems.
This project began with a renovation of the K-3 learning area.
