MEp/FP engineering for the 57,300 SF renovation and reconfiguration of administrative offices, classrooms, media center, kitchen, and cafeteria. The 27,000 SF addition includes 14 new classrooms and a gymnasium, entrance lobby, and support spaces. The school was designed to LEED Silver standards and remained occupied during this phased construction project.

2RW performed energy modeling to enable data-driven comparisons of HVAC alternatives. The data facilitated design decisions that minimized heating and cooling loads and reduced HVAC system requirements. Sustainable MEP/FP design features included:
