In the subsequent 15 years, Rice has continued to financially support the center. In 2015 she made another donation to to fund a multibuilding overnight lodge and to contribute to the construction of a research laboratory on the property.

The lodge accommodates up to 22 visiting researchers, students, and other groups for overnight stays ranging from days to weeks..
