The University’s Brandon Avenue district is progressing with its transformative redevelopment. The second phase of student housing construction began last summer and is set for completion in the 2024-2025 academic year. Along with the 2019-completed Bond House, over 650 new beds have been added across multiple phases, including the 350 beds in the upcoming residence halls designed for upper-class students. These modern, comfortable living spaces are complemented by conveniently located dining and informal gathering areas, as well as approximately 100 parking spaces, fostering a vibrant, connected community.

The revitalized district offers students not only improved housing options but also new academic buildings, a Hotel and Conference Center, and a Student Health and Wellness Center. The contemporary Academical Village-inspired design boasts a multi-functional open space, promoting an engaging, urban atmosphere that fosters academic and personal growth.
