We were proud to join the Charlottesville Fire Department and members of the community for the ribbon cutting of the new Charlottesville Station No. 1, a celebration of teamwork across City departments, architects, contractors, and engineers.
The morning was filled with excitement and gratitude as city leaders reflected on the collaboration that brought this essential facility to life. Guests toured the new station’s living quarters, training areas, and apparatus bays—and even witnessed two live emergency responses during the ceremony, a powerful reminder of the community’s need for this facility.
