This new six-floor, 313-bed residence hall was built to accommodate UVA’s growing student population and provide additional off-grounds student housing options. The facility’s four-bedroom apartments feature shared living spaces and full kitchens and the building has two levels of underground parking.

During the construction document stage, 12 inches was removed from the space between each floor, limiting the space available for MEP/FP systems. 2RW redesigned the MEP/FP systems mid-project to fit the new space with without affecting the fast-tracked schedule.
