At Machicomoco State Park, the landscape is memorable. Visitors come to camp, launch a boat, gather for a picnic, or simply explore the park. 2RW helped coordinate the MEP systems needed to support facilities across the large, diverse site, including restrooms and bathhouses, campgrounds, an education center, a maintenance yard, a well pump house, and a dump station. The vast space was designed with attention to detail, making sure every path was well lit, and that the spaces considered the people who explore them. Thank you to the team that made this a space where people can enjoy the land and water this area has to offer.
