Dear clients, partners, and colleagues,
These have been trying days for all of us. Like you, we’ve been monitoring the coronavirus situation and the CDC’s guidelines and have gathered our leadership team to determine how we can best serve both our employees and our clients. Many of you have shared your business approaches to managing this crisis, which we appreciate and respect. We are committed first and foremost to ensuring that our employees and their families remain safe and healthy and that we play our part in preventing community transmission. We’re balancing that with a dedication to helping our clients meet their commitments and deadlines with minimal disruption.
In the best interests of all, we’ve asked all 2RW staff to begin working from home, effective today, March 16. This will allow our employees to be with their children, reduce risks of exposure, and do their part to prevent spreading the virus if they’re ill or have traveled recently to high-risk areas. We are well-equipped to work remotely—our IT director has been working diligently to ensure that everyone has all the tools they need to continue to move projects forward. Staff have had the ability to work remotely for quite some time and work remotely on a regular basis; therefore, we don’t expect this to impact the quality or timeliness of our work.
We have also suspended non-essential work-related travel. Many of our clients have updated their policies and plan to convert all in-person meetings to calls or video conferencing, which we appreciate. Our directors and PMs may attend on-site meetings that are absolutely necessary—and only if they’re not sick or have traveled recently to high-risk areas.
Our directors and project managers will work closely with all of our clients over the next few weeks to determine how we can continuously adapt to this situation and offer unparalleled service and support.
