We are excited to announce that construction is underway for Virginia Tech’s new Upper Quad Residence Hall! Demolition of Feymore Hall was completed last fall and the foundation for the new residence hall was poured at the beginning of this year. The 300-bed, 57,000 SF residence hall is scheduled to open for the 2023-2024 academic year.
