Services

2RW provided MEP engineering and construction administration for:

  • Full HVAC replacement
  • New lighting (including site lighting)
  • Electrical upgrades
  • Bathroom renovations
  • New security, clocks, intrusion detection, and technology
  • Site improvements to include bus canopies
  • New fire alarm system
Results

The renovated school is expected to perform more efficiently than the existing building. High-efficiency boilers will generate hot water which will heat the building in the winter and dehumidify it in the summer. Centralized HVAC units on the roof replace loud window-mounted units within each room. In every element of design—including the open concept media lounge—the building will serve as a conduit of learning, encouraging a new generation of thoughtful and equipped young adults to take on the challenges of tomorrow’s world.
