2RW was selected by the City of Lynchburg to conduct energy audits and pre-commissioning services for its City Hall, Human Services, and main public library buildings. These projects were financed through an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) the city received from the U.S. Department of Energy.
2RW conducted comprehensive energy audits and identified a variety of energy and water conservation measures (ECMs). These included HVAC and automation control retro-commissioning; constant-volume to variable-volume system conversions; lighting fixture upgrades; HVAC system replacements; and water-conserving fixture upgrades.
