2025: A Year of Growth, Connection, and Purpose

As 2025 comes to a close, 2RW is reflecting on a year defined by momentum, collaboration, and growth. Now in our 40th year, we remain as energized as ever by the projects, partnerships, and people that continue to shape our story.

This year, we strengthened our regional presence by opening our new Richmond office, expanding our ability to serve clients throughout Central and Eastern Virginia. We also welcomed new engineers and project managers to our growing team, enhancing our expertise and reinforcing the collaborative culture that defines 2RW.

Together with our clients and partners, we delivered innovative, energy-efficient, and sustainable design solutions that reflect our purpose-driven engineering approach.

To close out the year, we’re celebrating a selection of projects that reached significant milestones in 2025 or are scheduled for completion in early 2026. From learning environments and civic facilities to healthcare and research spaces, each represents the trust our clients place in 2RW and the meaningful impact of our work across the region.

As we look ahead, we’re proud of what we’ve achieved and even more excited about what’s to come. Thank you to our clients, partners, and team members for making 2025 a remarkable year of progress and purpose.

Here’s to continuing to engineer solutions that serve people, projects, and communities for the next 40 years and beyond. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a prosperous New Year!
