Congratulations to Mikal on celebrating his fifth year with 2RW! Mikal is an outstanding member of the 2RW team and plays a key role supporting the design team with high quality and accurate design documents. Mikal is always available to support any project, whether it is his responsibility or not. He makes a point to not only help with drafting but to understand each trades’ work and how to assist beyond a traditional BIM operator—his colleagues often remark that Mikal knows what they need before they do.
