NEAL CRAMER, PE
Associate Principal, Senior Electrial Engineer
Neal’s experience and comprehensive knowledge of building systems brings a breadth and depth of expertise to every project — having managed and led electrical design for an array of project types over an array of markets. An advocate for his clients first, he believes a project’s success requires maintaining open lines of communication between all parties involved and being responsive to ensure 2RW understands and meets stakeholders’ needs.
MATTHEW LEWIS, PE
Associate Principal, Senior Mechanical Engineer
Matthew designs efficient, yet cost-effective designs that are easily maintainable. With a background in design-build, he innately takes part in the construction administration phase and proactively communicates with contractors to solve unforeseen issues. Complementing his design and management role, Matthew applies his blend of leadership, knowledge, and communications skills to lead business development and client-relationship management efforts for 2RW.

Lucas brings value to every project with his extensive management and design expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. He has signifcant sustainable design experience and has supported clients on award-winning projects. This experience enables him to help clients identify and achieve their building energy efficiency, maintenance, and operations goals.
BRANDON WILSON, PE
Associate Principal, Senior Electrical Engineer
Brandon centers his design philosophy on user-driven solutions. He approaches complex design issues with the goal of designing systems that are usable and maintainable. Combined with a focus on the most cost-effective solution, this approach ensures a successful engineering design. Brandon excels in managing teams of electrical and mechanical engineers to design MEP solutions that meet clients’ goals for affordable, constructible, and energy-efficient buildings.
