The meeting will take place from 1-4 on November 29th, followed by the Awards Ceremony and Reception 4:30-6. You will have the option to register for just the meeting, just the reception or both. There is a $25 registration fee for non-VAEEC members to attend the meeting; the awards ceremony is free.
