Jyn Jagadeesh | Project Manager
Jyn joined 2RW as a mechanical engineer and has embraced every opportunity to grow, earning his LEED AP BD+C credential, becoming a licensed Professional Engineer, and taking on increasing responsibility with every project. While his technical accomplishments are impressive, it is his character that truly sets him apart. Thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely invested in the success of others, Jyn has a way of making people feel heard and supported. His collaborative approach and commitment to doing the right thing make him a trusted leader and a natural fit for his new role as Project Manager.
Zach Daughtry | Project Engineer
Zach is someone his teammates know they can rely on. He approaches every project with a calm, thoughtful mindset and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on. Zach recently reached an important professional milestone by earning his Professional Engineer license, reflecting the discipline and commitment he brings to his work. Whether coordinating with project teams or supporting construction, his practical approach and attention to detail help keep projects moving forward. His steady leadership and commitment to supporting both clients and coworkers have made him an invaluable member of our team.
Lucas Daugherty | Project Engineer
Lucas brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to everything he does. He is always eager to take on new challenges, expand his knowledge, and support those around him. Most recently, Lucas became a licensed Professional Engineer, reflecting his drive to keep learning and growing. His strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile have earned the respect of both teammates and clients.
