City of Charlottesville, Taking Lead on Climate Action

The City of Charlottesville is taking the lead on climate action! On July 1, City Council voted to adopt new goals targeting a 45% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050. The City is the first in Virginia—and one of only 10 nationwide—to adopt a carbon neutrality goal.

2RW is thrilled to see our hometown take a leadership stance on this critical issue. We’re committed to advancing these goals by continuing to design high-performing and net zero buildings.
