Some people become part of a firm’s identity, and after ten years at 2RW, Mikal is one of them. His contributions go beyond drawings. He takes time to understand what each project and teammate needs to move forward. His thoughtful, approachable nature encourages people to ask questions and solve problems collaboratively. Alongside his team, he helps turn the quality we promise our clients into reality. Much of that effort happens behind the scenes, so today we’re putting Mikal in the spotlight. Thank you, Mikal, for ten years of caring about the work and the people who make it happen.
