Built in 1965, Parker-Gray Stadium at Alexandria’s T.C. Williams High School lacked many basic amenities. And, the amenities that existed were outdated and had reached the end of their useful lives. The stadium was in dire need of repair and modernization to meet the needs of the growing student population.
